Hoi An, food and cooking class

Yesterday I went to the cooking class and we where so lucky because we where the only to there for the class!! We had a very enthusiastic chef and we have maked shrimp deep fried spring rolls, beef salad and fish grilled in banana leafs. Aww the food was amazing!!! We also eat white rose and wonton but we did not maked that ourself because the recipe is secret!! We had an amazing time cooking and eating :) 

Today I went to have the egg coffee. Its typical Vietnamese so I wanted to try even that it does not sound that nice. It was much better tasting  than the name would suggest but I will stay by my cocos coffee. I think I have a new addiction.

Tomorrow we gonna rent bicycles and go to the beach, just to see the beach because the wheater is still not anywhere close to beach wheater.
